Stayed two nights. Found bed bugs the morning we were leaving and took a picture of the largest one. Wife has bites but I do not. This needs to be taken care of.

Stayed for 6 nights, July 18th to 23rd. Stayed in room 203 initially. First night went fine. Second night I noticed bites, thought they were just normal bug bites from being outside. Night 3 I notice localized bites and bite trails that bed bugs are known for. I have had bed bugs before in my life during a stay at a shelter so it was very familiar to me. Most people initially think of regular bug bites or an allergic reaction. Night 4 I confirmed that it was bed bugs with more localized bites and bite trails. I ended up taking a couple pictures of the bite trails. Asked to move to a new room and receive at least a one night refund for the infestation. They moved me to room to 204 for the last two nights of my stay. When revisiting room 203 for shampoo I left behind, the hotel only moved the mattresses and sprayed Raid. Pest control is not visiting property until Monday July 31st, 1.5 weeks after I reported the infestation! The property does not consider reports after 4 days serious and will not issue a personal injury report for me or provide me a report. Spoke with the Manager, at 11:20am on 7/27 after the hotel failed to contact me regarding incident and refund. Reported incident to 311 for Austin so they can investigate and provide a report within a week.
