Stayed at the hotel on Thanksgiving Day 2016 for one night. The following day, I noticed itching and swelling on my right wrist, with what appearee to be a track of 5-6 insect bites.I immediately called the hotel to speak to the manager. Was told the manager was not available but someone would call me the following day. Received a call Saturday from the manager indicating the room was checked and there was no evidence of bed bugs. The following Sunday, my son, who was in the hotel room with me, but in a different bed, stated he also received bedbug bites on his side/hip area. Prior to checking out of the hotel, I reported to the desk clerk the mattresses on both beds were sinking in in the middle and my son and I had to sleep in the edge of the beds. Should have checked between the mattresses and box Springs before sleeping on the beds but was too tired. Won't make that mistake again.
