I stayed at this hotel over the past weekend Dec 11,12 in room 108 with 3 of my colleagues ,the first night we asked for an extra comforter and our problems began from there. On our awake we found that we weren\'t the only ones occupying the room, we had several bites and found one, informed management ,but a manager was not available ....the employee came and took pictures of the bug,and moved us to a different room. This is very inexcusable and I have yet to get in touch with a manager ...never available....

Infested with bed bugs room 136. Manager did nothing to try to correct the situation. Destroyed evidence intentionally and dismissed me as though I was crazy. Refused to refund me my money for the night even though I feel the need to throw everything that I took in that room with us away. Medication,s Coats, clothes everything but electronics. It was inspected. In the carpet in the bathroom on the walls. Everywhere but the bed. I should have known when all of the beds were brand new and had plastic covers on them

We arrived very late on 10/14/16 and as always I checked the bed. I found nothing on it so we went right to sleep. On the morning of 10/15/16 I look around and - Room 135 is absolutely and completely infested with bed bugs! The corners where the wall intersects the floor is so thick with them that you can see them from standing up once you know that they are there. Management, even upon physical sight of the bugs in the room that morning - denied bedbugs. He Physically tried to destroy evidence before I could take pictures - not knowing that I took probably 30 pictures before I even went and got him knowing that that was a possibility. Tried to tell me that it was dirt! Dirt doesn't have legs!! They were so bad they were even in the bathroom. (there is no way on this earth that anybody has washed that bathroom floor in a month! But that's a completely different issue.) At least 1 of These bugs have followed us home and made our lives total hell. FYI ** bedbug remediation is over $1000. the mattress covers alone were $400 on top of that. I'm on my way to the store again to buy more supplies to try and keep bedbugs out of our clothes so that we go out in public so we don't infect others. I called the hotel today to see what is becoming of any examining into the situation and I was hung up on. This hotel has cost me potentially thousands and thousandssss of dollars not to mention my sanity and the ability to feel safe and clean in my own home. Bug crawling on and biting my 7y/o and they wouldn't even give me the smallest courtesy of refunding the money that I paid for the night!!
