My daughter and I stayed at this Ramada from October 22, 2015 until October 27, 2015. Everything was ok until we turned the heat on On a chilly night of October 25. Morning time I noticed bite marks on my right arm in which I mentioned to the front desk clerk. She agreed to move us to another room however we had so much luggage to tote and was checking out early the next day. The day of checkout no manager was around and I had to catch my flight. Got back home to bite marks covering both my arms, neck, forehead back, right hand which was extremely itchy and very embarrassing that I tried to hide while on my flight. I couldn\'t stop itching. I went to see a medical doctor once home and yes I had been attacked by bedbugs. I contacted the hotel to file a complaint and was told a manager will contact me. No luck. I then contacted the Health department located in California which was Oct. 29, 2015. I filed a report with them and was told to call back in a week. I did just that. As the time went on I was told that Claude would go out and inspect the place and when he do he will call me. No call after weeks have gone by. I called several more times and was told that this case isn\'t really serious and he will put in a report once he go out. On November 25 Claude called and said the hotel sprayed already and he found no signs of bugs. I have pictures of bite marks and location where taken. Please help
