The hotel is currently under renovation and I have been moved several times but during my 2 night stay in room 107 I got ate up by them.initially I thought it was fleas or mosquito bites I talked to some workers and found out most rooms had them and was advised to put on bug repellant before bed.

May 29 to 30 2024 I would NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone. My fiance was checking in alone before he received a call from me that I would like to stay with him with my small dog as i was unable to reserve a room close by. My fiance went to front desk and advised them and paid the pet fee. Upon check in hotel had a moldy smell and stains in hallway. My fiance and I entered the room tried to close the blinds and unsuccessful. He lifted the mattress and box spring to check for cleanliness only to find LIVE ACTIVE BED BUGS! Thankful we didn’t unpack. We immediately grabbed our luggage and went to front desk to advise that we are NOT staying there. The clerks response was she never knows what people bring into the hotel. We requested our Wyndham points be returned to our account only to be told no, manager in until later on day to call back Today I phoned the hotel only to be told they will NOT return our points. UNACCEPTABLE! I will contact Wyndham Rewards! I never expected this in professionalism from any Wyndham Resort is why I joined the Rewards Program. I only hope that this hotel rectifies this situation as it is a reflection of such a reputable company.
