Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

I stayed here in January with a group of people and there were bedbugs in a lot of our rooms, at first I thought it was an allergic reaction or something with how many bites there were after sleeping on the pull out bed so I tried sleeping on the regular bed and while I was laying there I felt something crawling on me sure enough it was a bedbug, I was highly disgusted and will not be staying here again.

10/13/2017 into 14th. When packing up found bed bug on pillow of one of the beds. Put it into cup and took it to front desk. They refunded the whole amount of my stay. Have not found any bites or any other bugs, but taking all precautions and nothing is going into house with out being laundered first.

We stayed in room 324 10/10-10/12/19 and it was infested with bedbugs. We did not figure this out until we had already stayed in the room two nights. I am allergic to their bites so I left covered in red welts. I saw them for myself under the mattress. A quick browse through the reviews indicates this is an ongoing problem for the hotel. I wish I had looked at the reviews before staying there. Staff apologized but did not offer to refund our money or reimburse us for the expense of heat treating all of our belongings.

Two night stay the weekend of October 25th in a queen bed suite with pullout couch. At about 12:30am on Oct 27 I saw a bed bug crawl on the blanket on me and noticed several bites. Used sheets in chest for pullout couch and got extra blanket from front desk. Hotel management was calm and could not offer me another room due to zero vacancies. However they did not seem surprised. They offered that I could either stay and pay or checkout and be refunded for the 2nd night the next day when the manager would be in. I chose to checkout and drove 2 hours home in the middle of the night. Still waiting to see if the refund clears my account.

Stayed overnight on 1/7/20. Within 48 hours welts started showing up. Some were the classic 3 bites in a row others were scattered bites throughout my lower torso. About 20 bites in all. Called the desk to ask if they had bed bugs they said no they spray monthly and "clean" the room daily. I stayed here many times and only had bites one previous time (2 years ago) and I thought it might have been a mosquito, but now I am certain it wasn't.

I checked in 12/23 and within a couple hours noticed there were bedbugs in my room. So, I went to the front desk and switched rooms. The next morning I wake up with bed bug bites all over my body. I demanded a refund and they appeased me and I checked out. However, a week and a half later the refund still hasn’t gone through and the front desk people are unhelpful and rude. I pity anyone else who is staying there because I am almost certain nothing has been done or will be done about their bedbug problem.

How to get rid of Bedbugs at home

If you find bedbugs in your home you should remove as much clutter and as many items as possible from your house. Replace all bedding and examine the box spring for bedbugs.
