Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Husband and I booked a room for NYE which is also our first wedding anniversary. My husband has stayed here multiple times for work travel and really liked the hotel. We came back from our evening and my husband was lying down found a bed bug on his arm. We immediately packed up and left. Management was not in and we were asked to call Expedia since that is how the room was booked.

Checked in on 9/16/17 and found bed bug crawling on couch at 9pm. Front desk lady very apologetic, but manager that came in at 11pm was very defensive and short. They did refund us and paid for our stay at Staybridge next door. They may pay for some of the items we can't treat, such as my daughter's baby bed, but he says it will depend on their inspection. That would be minimal after the night we had. Must add that they first sent us to Holiday Inn Polaris and they had evidence of bed bugs, too.
