Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

On 9/20/2019 Managers on duty, Elisabeth and Jose apologized for my inconvenience and offered me another room. I was bitten each night of my stay. I declined another room because of my anxieties of moving get to one with a worse problem. it wasn't until my last night that I changed rooms, only to wake up again with bites. Each night was a different location, and I made a point to show the manager on duty. In the end I was compensated a discount on my last night. my inconvenience
