9/9/2024 After seeing other bed bug reports on the first and second floor of this hotel, my partner and I made sure to get a room on a high floor and inspect all furniture for bed bugs, casings, droppings, etc. We initially did not notice anything during our three night stay. We also checked my sister's room down the hall and did not see any evidence of bed bugs. However, on our last morning, my partner noticed a bed bug on his pillow. It unfortunately disappeared before we could bag it, but we got photo and video evidence. Management did try to gaslight us by saying it couldn't be a bed bug because the hotel never had bed bugs before (clearly a lie based on prior reporting), and that it must not have been a bed bug my partner saw because "bed bugs don't move" (?). We were comped for one out of the three nights we stayed.

Stayed here from November 28- December 1 2022 I awoke from the first night with a couple bites on my arm and hand. The second morning I awoke to bites on my neck and in trails up both arms. I left the hotel and upon returning noticed a small red bug walking across the bed, I trapped it under a glass and immediately reported it to the front desk. I pulled back the sheets and along the edge of the mattress I found one dead bed bugs additionally under pillows I found small trails consistent with a bed bug being squished. Maintenance came to inspect the situation and was immediately grossed out and collected the dead bug and moved to another room, I checked out the next morning. I was advised hotel was recently checked for bedbugs and did not have them at that time, but did not specify how recently that was. I cannot sleep and have been itchy all over ever since. I have requested a refund but have not received it, I was awarded 1 free night at any of their hotels.
