Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We arrived on 2/6 and were placed in room 623. During a nap my daughter felt bugs crawling on her. We called and were given keys to a new room 918. We checked the bedding and found nothing so we stayed. My daughter was about to fall asleep when they started crawling on her. My boyfriend woke up to her screams and he had blood on his pillow and bugs crawling on his bed, too. Gross. We are going to need a new hotel tomorrow. They moved us tonight. Still no word from the manager.

On 5/19/2016 my son woke me up saying a bug was in the bed. After checking the sheets and pillows I found 4 crawling bugs in the sheets and under the pillows. The next day I had several bit marks on the right side of my body .from my eyelid to my toe.

Checked into our room the night of 10/2/2016 checked on my kids after taking a shower and found a bug crawling on my daughters sheets. Then saw another bed bug on the other bed where my baby was sleeping. We caught it in a cup and took it to the Hotel management. They immediately moved us to another room. We had to wake up the rest of our kids at 1 in the morning but ended up getting a full refund for our 5 night stay. The rest of our stay was fine.
