Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

We booked our employee a hotel stay at this location for 07/11/2018. At 2:30 am she awoke to itching and bites on her shoulder and back. She found a bed bug and reported it to the front desk and provided them with one of the bed bugs. The hotel staff did relocate her to another room and stated they would leave a note for the general manager in regard to what happened. None of the staff seemed apologetic or surprised by this information. Our employee was not treated respectfully and we will not be choosing this hotel location for our staff again. We have not been able to get a return call from the General Manager, Debbie Booth, as requested even though we have been told by the front desk that she is in her office. In contacting the "corporate" office per the website, we were informed that this was not the corporate office and that they only had an address and no phone number. They state that they encourage guests to report via the website.
