Date of Visit: 1/19/2024 Arrived at La Quinta in Loveland, Co at about 9:30pm. After checking in, my 14 yr old & I went to the pool and my 22 yr old remained in the room studying. We got back to the room about 10pm and Ii told my girls that I was going down to the front desk to get water. When I got back, they showed me adult bedbugs on both beds. I took pictures of the bedbugs and a video of the room which included a a close up of the bed bugs, a scan of the room and me walking to the door so I could record the room number which also said La Quinta on it. I went to the front desk to show the front desk worker my pictures/video as my girls packed up our stuff. I asked the gentleman that was working to come see the bedbugs and he said no that he believed me. We brought our stuff downstairs and got large garbage bags from the front desk and left by 11:00ish pm. We asked for a refund and the worker said that he couldn’t do anything, but his manager would contact me on Monday.
