Checked in January 21st and when going to sleep had bed bugs crawling all over. Immediately got up, took a shower, threw away the clothes I was sleeping in and called the front desk to let them know and request a refund. I took videos and photos of the bed bugs. Two gentlemen came to take a look at the bedbugs at which point one of them flicked a bed bug off and the other proceeded to tell me they can’t find them but offered a different room. I told them if they have bed bugs in one room then likely they have them in others since the laundry is done together. They said to request a refund through the third party site we booked through and that they would let them know we didn’t like the room. It’s not about liking the room it’s about a bed bug infestation that I don’t want to bring back to Washington! I have bites on my legs and took photos and videos of everything. They need to have exterminators take care of this problem. Oh additionally when they flipped over the mattress to look for the bedbugs there were huge urine stains all over the mattress. Please get appropriate mattress covers, bed bug proof and urine proof.
