I stayed there for three days but I originally paid for 7days(week) on 3/14/20 stayed the first night didn’t use blankets and in the morning I had three little bites on my arm I thought it was a spider so I didn’t think nothing of it the second night I’m sitting on the bed playing the game and I felt something crawling on my wrist going towards my hand I looked down and it was a bedbug I smacked it off moved the sheets and blankets around and I found WAY more of them I took pictures and videos and then I called the office an told them Theirs bedbugs and I want a refund an employee said that I would have to wait till tomorrow at check in time on 3/17/20 at 11:00am but ended getting told that I got to wait for the manager to get refunded.. thats not right at all but I waited but I didn’t get to speak to the manager until between 1:20-1:35pm i showed him the video and pictures and he claims that there’s no bedbugs at all in that room but I showed the whole entire room then showed one of the bedbugs right on the blankets he said “that means nothing if we don’t see none” then said that he thinks I brought them in and I’m just trying to get a refund just because who does that it makes no sense I’m leaving for a reason that room was nasty but then he finally gave me a refund after saying there’s no bedbugs then blaming me just to give me what I deserve
