After checking on this site if this hotel had any reports thought it be safe.We checked in and there was a honey substance on the underside of mattress on pull out..called front desk...they replaced it...then after a short time my grandson screams about a bug on him...it was a bedbug...after 10 hours of driving and be up almost 24 hours it was the last thing I needed after the urine incident... The hotel supposedly gave us a free night stay but so far haven\'t been credited and still haven\'t heard back from hotel manager

Checked online to see if anyone had reported bed bugs found at this location... After calling down to front desk about urine stained/damaged pullout mattress which the hotel replaced with a new mattress ...my grandson screams about a bug in bed...it was a bed bug...hotel offered a night free the next day...still waiting on the credit on my card that they charged prior to our checkout and still no response from the hotel manager
