It's 530 am I wake up lol over to my 7 year old son to see a bed bug running. Caught it smashed it. Went to front desk. Advised. Told me to wait for manager, really? No I'm leaving and filling a complaint.CB

Checked in and things were ok UNTIL I turned off the lights to go to bed. I kept scratching because something was making me itch, turned the light on and it was a BEDBUG crawling on my sheet. I woke up my husband and we immediately checked out with a REFUND!! The clerk didnt even try to deny or dispute it, which leads us to believe they were aware of the problem!!! How TRIFILANT!!!

Checked in to hotel room 221, checked mattress to find bed bug residue all around headboard end of mattress piping. Informed guy on desk and took him to room and showed him, he said he would inform maintenance guy and changed our room to 225. No sign on mattress but still a little concerned that there may be still bedbugs . Only the night will tell.
