Stayed at iron horse motel $209.00 per night. Reservation was for 3 nights (May 9 - 12) for cousins wedding. At hotel breakfast restaurant after1st night I found few bumps on arm but also had allergic reaction to egg whites omelette at hotel breakfast. Wasn’t sure if bumps were bites or allergic reaction. Staff not concerned. While attending wedding eyes and breathing were labored. Returned to hotel. Next morning woke to find left arm covered with bed bug bites, along with left leg, and few on right arm and hand. Notified hotel staff of issue and requesting Benadryl or a drug store. Again hotel staff not concerned. Severe reaction from bites, swollen and itching eyes, arms, hands, legs. Went back to front desk told them room 306 needed to be treated for infestation, showed them my left arm, and checked out day early. Again staff not concerned, didn’t apologize or offer to move to different room or give refund. I have left 4 messages for hotel general manager, 3 days after checking out of hotel still no call back from hotel general manager.
