Staying the weekend for a wedding. 2nd night putting my babies In bed for the night and find one in the bed they were snuggling in. Changed rooms leaving belongings-the front offered to pay for dry cleaning and did comp rooms. I\'ll be FURIOUS if I bring these home.

We have stayed here many times over the last few years and have seen a steady decline in maintenance and care of the property while still seeing an increase in the prices. We have given them the benefit of the doubt , until our recent stay... BED BUGS! We travel a lot and have never found bed bugs in any of our hotels until this time. We notified the front desk and were told we must be mistaken. We brought down 3 of them in a plastic baggie and the young girl working the desk would not handle it and told us they would let management know in the morning. They were full so she said they could not offer us to move rooms and she was not authorized to refund our stay. She said she would not blame us for leaving and we could talk to management the next day about a refund, but that there was nothing else she could do for us that night. We put all our belongings in bags , moved to the Holiday Inn, and stayed up half the night washing our belongings to keep from bringing bed bugs back home with us ... We found Management unresponsive at the Metropolis and our family will never consider staying there again.
