Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Room 423, found one adult bug on my bed Wednesday, 22 April. I didn't confirm the type of bug at the time. Checked around the sheets and didn't see any more. On my second day, 23 April, I found a small bug on each bed in the room. After pulling the mattress away from the wall I discovered many bug skins. I confirmed that they are bed bugs by viewing photos online. I changed rooms to the third floor.

7/27 bed bugs found in room 126 and we were told by staff it wasn’t bed bugs but moved us to room 409 which then had some type of bugs found in both in that room. We left the hotel. Was told management would be in at 9am. We called and was told by front desk the GM was not in but took our number and said they would give it to him to call us back. Hours later no call stopped by the hotel and said he was not there. Waited a few more hours went back and continued to say the GM was not there. And on top of the bedbugs there was mold on the ceilings and dirty clothes from previous guest left in the room. Charged us for the room. Horrible place.
