My husband and I went in to the room which was connected to a second (handicap-accessible) room, to check the room before moving in with our bags. Right on top of the white bed coverlet there was a bug that looked exactly like bedbugs shown on the Internet. Also the entire room and hall looked as though it had not been thoroughly vacuumed for a long time. A second room on a different floor was offered to us, but it also looked so poorly vacuumed that we decided to leave and find lodging elsewhere. The front desk attendant was very polite and apologetic.we were not charged for the room.

October 18, 2019 - I checked in on October 17, 2019. I woke up the next day with a cluster of itchy bites on my back. I couldn't be sure if I had received the bites at the hotel or elsewhere. The next night at 1am I woke up to a bed bug crawling on my arm. I captured it in a cup and took it directly to the front desk. The front desk staff denied it was a bed bug. She was sure it was a tick - it wasn't. Although denied that it was a bed bug, she told me I would receive a refund once the manager was in the next day. I left for a different hotel.

11-12-2020 5:30pm We found bedbug stains in room 204. Went to the front desk to report and the front desk clerk assigned us to a new room, room 404. This room was even worse as it had a live worm on the mattress of one bed and what looked like maggots on the second bed. The front desk person apologized profusely and refunded our money
