My gf, her daughter and, I stayed at the Bostonian Thursday February 23rd, 2023. When I woke up the next morning I started to itch my forearm area on my left arm. I thought it was a mosquito bite when it first happened and didn't think anything of it. I started to see more marks on my arm and went into the bathroom to take a look at my body. When I took my shirt off, had about 20-25 bites/red marks on my body from my arms, stomach, neck and, back. I took pics and told my gf to come take a look. We both looked up bed bugs and what was on me looked like bed bug bites in the pictures from the internet. We searched the sheets etc but didn't see any bugs. We had plans. I called the hotel to let them know that I stayed there last night and i'm pretty sure room 338 has bed bugs as I was bitten around 20-25 times. The lady on the phone told me she'd have a manager call me back. I returned to the hotel about 3-4 hours after my call to the hotel and we never called back. When I went to the front desk and spoke to the woman up front, she said oh yeah I have it written down, let me speak to my manager. You would think something like this would be a top priority to take care of but it didn’t seem like that. I showed the manager and woman behind the desk the pictures of my bites. All they did was say ok we will file a report and do an investigation and get back to you. I truly hope the will and the don't have anyone staying in that room. The only reason my gf and daughter didn't have any bites is because they shared the other bed in the room.
