My boyfriend and I were staying at this hotel for one night to go see a concert. We stayed from 5/16/24-5/17/24. When I woke up on 5/17 I had noticed several bites on my ankles and arms. With it being windy the night before at the concert I immediately became concerned with the amount of bites and how they could’ve got there. My boyfriend and I immediately inspected the bed finding evidence of bed bugs, a live bug crawling on the bed and a dead one. We contacted the front desk to which they claimed they had to call their manager. We were then told their manager would be arriving shortly to sort out our situation. After eating almost 45 minutes he never showed. I had to email him several times and pictures of what we found as well as requested a refund several times. He was less then helpful and claimed they had pest control come after we left and didn’t find anything. Completely disregarding my bite injuries and the clear pictures we took and sent him while still on site. We had to take great precaution all of 5/17 to ensure no transfer of bed bugs would go from that hotel to our bags to our house. After being told and having it in writing that the manager would contact me at the end of 5/17 I never received a call and had to email him. It is now 5/18 and I still am trying to contact him.
