I stayed in the last 4 months with a friend and we tried to complain but were told by NAME WITHELD that the problem had been addressed, she even went so far as to say if she was the General Manager she would have had the entire building treated just to make sure the bugs did`nt come back. She said the GM did`nt seem to care about the bedbug problem

11/15/2017 I found a bedbug on the nightstand while eating breakfast. Management inspected my room and found sheddings and another dead bed bug. They refunded me

On June 23, 2019 I checked into the hotel at 11:00 pm and I always check the mattress when I stay at a hotel. While looking at the box spring I noticed black feces all along the zipper part of the box spring cover. When I moved the cover a large bedbug came running out from under the mattress and fell onto the floor. We took pictures and videos of the incident and reported it to 3rd shift management who proceeded to make me feel like it was us that brought it in but did change our room. Mind you bedbug feces take 3-4 weeks to build up like it was. I spoke with the GM the following morning who gave me money to launder our clothes and gave us a free nights stay in our new room which has no signs of any bugs at all.
