4/12/19 through 4/14/19 I woke up Sunday morning with bed bug bites all over my left arm and left leg. Management was rude to me.

We checked in at the Comfort Suites in Merrillville, ID at 9:18PM on 28 September, 2019, and checked out at 1:15 AM about 3 hours later on the 29th after we were bitten by bedbugs in our room, when we lay on the bed with lights out. We immediately looked for and booked another hotel far outside the area in IA., because we have had some experience a couple of years ago in Cedar City Utah, and we have found this to be a regional problem. We had to travel all night long and had to battle sleep as we had had a long day just hours before. When my young daughter gets bites she develops a bad rash, and I also had pink colored bites on my head. We complained to the night manager who was not surprised, but he assured us there would be no charge. Well of course, a couple of days later there was, and I called them immediately to complain about this and they also assured us there would be a credit. That was also not done, and after 10 days I filed a detailed review on their site, which I expect they have buried. However, I did receive an email on 17 Oct., 2019 from the Manager a Mr. Pal Singh who apologized but did not confirm nor promise a refund. I immediately wrote an email reply again demanding a refund; however, as of today 19 October, 2019, this of course has not been done. I have documents showing our necessary check-in in Davenport, IA on the same day the 29th of Spetember, that we left the Comfort Suites. I have also asked my credit card to dispute this charge of $130 plus. Obviously they will not do so. This was in room 202, but they travel easily and quickly, and are likely through the entire hotel, and probably in many other hotels nearby. I
