10/11/19 1am After sitting on the beds for a couple of hours, we noticed live bugs crawling on one of the beds. Pulling back the sheets revealed several more live bugs. We inspected the other bed and did not see live bugs but several black spots which could have been remnants or just stains (the hotel was not clean). My roommate went to the front desk to report the incident. Manager on duty asked for a photo which we had not thought to take but invited him to come up to see for himself. He declined and obliged our request for refund.

On July 27 I stay there in room 215 and my grand-kids room was in my daughter in law name and she had to leave got to er with my son cause he blow ear drum in pool but that's not it they have bed bugs myself and grandkids have bites on them and when went to talk to them and they gave her 100 dollar deposit but not the room money back or and kind of money for meds for bites and had to strip grand kids down in McDonald's parking lot and stuff for they got in my sons truck and my self and bags and clothes where put in my car. I'm washing clothes and spraying my car down cause I've been in my car a few times and run get food; all this and stuff is went to lots more money they said they arent giving nothing but deposit and they dont care who is called!! Well something needs done.
