Bed bugs in the rooms. Stayed with work company for 2 weeks and have been getting eat up since the first night!!! They needneed to be shut down!!

This occurred on 4/2/2017, we stayed at the Rodeway Inn as my husband is working in the area for a few weeks. The morning of 4/2/2017 I woke up and moved my pillow because I couldn't sleep, when I did a bug came crawling out from under it. I quickly woke my husband who caught the bug and we researched online to find it was a bed bug. We took pictures of it and quickly went to the front desk (this is at 4:30am) to inform them. Low and behold the guy at the front desk didn't even act surprised or bothered by it, nor did he apologize for the incident. He told my husband we would be moved to another room. My husband and I quickly packed our belongings and put them in our truck to wait for the room, then we were informed it would not be ready till around noon meaning we would have to wait over 7 hours. My husband and I slept in our truck during this time and when we were finally informed the room was ready (2pm) the new room had not been cleaned and had a pile of what looked like old food under the sink. We finally asked for our money to be refunded as we had just paid for the week later, the manager still charged us for the night we found the bug and only partially refunded us. This was on top of an overcharges they had made when we had initially paid for the room (almost $200 more than the room charge). We have now had to fight to get our money back, I just recently spoke with the manager and he has refused to acknowledge the bed bugs issue, refuses to reimburse us the remainder of our money and has not once attempted to make the situation right when we were charged for days of staying in a bug infested hotel.
