Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Stayed overnight at this Marriott in Room 723 from July 21, 2024 to July 22, 2024. It was a two bed room and each of us had bites appear 1-2 days after. I called the hotel on July 24, 2024 and made a report on the bites and was told that they would get back to me until the following week when they would have an inspector go in and check. I was not called until Aug 2, 2024 telling me that the room came back positive for bed bugs. I asked for a copy of the report and the report stated that the inspection was done on June 30, yet they did not call me on that day. The report stated they found bed bugs under the bed closest to the window, but I was on the bed closest to the wall and still had 7 bite marks on my legs.
