I checked in around 8pm with my 6mon old daughter my cousin and her 4 month old son and we fell asleep around 1030pm by 1230 I woke up asand my hand was really itchy. I got up turned oon the light and seen a bug bite. I went to complain and ask if they've ever had issues before and they told me no. And if I find a bed bug catch it. I was then extremely upset I went to my room and actually caught it and brought it down to the front desk. I packed all of our stuff and checked out asap. The front desk employee told me I had to wait until the morning to speak to someone regarding my refund. Also the heater/ac didn't work and no hot water would come out the sink. I would never go back there

my cousin and I and our two babies checked into the Days Inn around 8 p.m. we fell asleep around 10:30 p.m. by 12:30 a.m. I woke up with my hand extremely itchy I turned on the light and noticed a bug bite I went downstairs to the front desk and asked if there has ever been any issues with bed bugs the front desk employee reassured me that they never had bed bugs I told him that the mark on my hand was a bug bite the front desk employee told me maybe a mosquito flew in the window and I told him no we didn't have the window open and he told me if I find a bug to catch it at that point I was extremely mad I went back to my room packed all of our stuff to leave before I left I checked the bed and I found one I caught it and took it with me to the front desk I showed it to the employee and asked him for a refund he told me I had to wait until the morning to talk to a manager and that he would change my room I was so disgusted and angry at that point because I had to leave at 1 o'clock in the morning with my 6 month old my cousin and her four-month-old without a refundnot only that the stay was horrible the heater a/c did not work and there was no hot water that place should be shut down disgusting
