Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Checked in on 11/24/18 room 414 had no heater so was moved to room 614 went to bed and woke up to itchy red bumps all over my body! Found a bed bug on the wall by the headboard so we killed it and showed the front desk they moved us to room 608 and said they would refund one night of stay. Checked my bank balance and it shows they charged me for two more nights!! Very rude management and staff here! I will never come back to Denver Co.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on Satuday August 2nd 2014. When we woke up and still today 8-6-14 we have 2 areas that are problematic. Small circles with itching and they move day to day.
