1/4/20 until 1/5/20 checked in and noticed red dots on pillow cases from bed bugs that had been squished but checked entires bed which was in a bed bug case and didn’t find anything. Received fresh pillows but woke up next morning with I kid u not 15 bites!!!!!

Checked in 3/3/20 and checked out 3/4/20. Reported bites to hands, face, neck, lower back and foot to front desk at check out around 7:45am. I called hotel close to 2pm, hotel person I spoke said he had a lot of things he needed to attend to, when questioned his response then was and I just got confirmation that it was Bed Bugs and referred me to corporate when asked about followup and reimbursement for medical expenses. Corporate then referred me back to local hotel, all incidents regarding Bed Bug are handled through local hotel. I attempted to request a copy of claim/report, the front desk Willie called the local authorities when I mentioned Bed Bugs and refused to leave without a copy of report/claim which he denied and recanted on Bed Bug confirmation. Medical professional on 3/5 confirmed that bites inflicted are Bed Bug bites. Hotel has made no attempt to contact me. I am traumatized. I can't believe a hotel would rather silence me with calling local authorities instead of caring for it's guest. I have tried to include pictures but due to size I was only able to include one.
