Stayed 5 consecutive days. After the third night started with what I thought were mosquito bites. By the last night everywhere there are bites! Not the first time I\'ve experienced this so I know what I am seeing. I travel for work.

On 4/18/2017 I stayed in room 127 and woke up in the morning with bites on my arms, hands, neck, back and feet. I immediately reported the incident to hotel manager and she apologized for the inconvenience, moved me to another room and credited my HHonors account with points.

Woke up Tuesday 18 May 2021 after my second night at the hotel. I found 27 bed bug bites on my body. Primary on my right chest and belly. I travel for work for last 10 years are unfortunately not unfamiliar with bed bugs. It was easy and fast to identify the bites as from bed bugs. I threw away several of my items that been outside my suitcase. Showered and put on fresh clothes. Unfortunately 2 other crew member is other rooms had experienced the same issue same nigh and we all check out from hotel. Hotel management deducted our last hotel night and called pest control. We provided hotel with pictures of the bites and one team Member showed them to hotel staff as they where located on his arm.
