We stayed in room 214 for three days on the second day we started noticing bites on each other By the third day we had suspected bed bugs so we flipped over the mattress and the box spring sure enough there they was so we started videoing and taking pictures of the bed bugs then my husband captured five of theN we went to the front desk I spoke with the lady at first she said all she could do was change rooms we refused we needed our money back we did not want to stay nowhere near bed bugs she called the manager as I was still videoing and they said they didn't have enough money in the drawer to come back tomorrow morning for the refund we asked for enough money to get a room for that night for a different hotel they said all they can do is $50 and we would have to come back in the morning for the rest of the refund lady at the front desk typed up that something and gave it to my husband stating thatwe will be going back in the morning to see if we have any troubleI will send pics and videos through email never stay in room 214 of the Scottish inns on Gordon Highway
