6/13/22 I went to sleep in room 308 and woke up at 4am with about 40 bedbug bites all over my body on exposed areas. I immediately went downstairs and told the desk attendant what happened and he seemed unconcerned and offered to move me to another room. The next day the same man approached me at breakfast and said "so everything is fine now?" I said I was still covered in bug bites so I was not fine. He said management would contact me. I was out on business all day and when I came back I approached the desk and told them what happened to me. They comped the room only for the night of the incident and I asked about using the laundry to clean my clothes. The manager was very reluctant to give me any help, and only allowed me one serving of detergent when I asked for it. He would not pay for the cost of washing and drying my bedbugs contaminated clothing. I was very displeased with the whole situation and it seemed like management didn't care at all that this happened.
