Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

September 24, 2024 Woke up to a bed bug on the side of my mattress. I checked on line before confirming it was indeed a bed bug. Went downstairs at 10am and asked for a manager. He says he’s not qualified to identify a bed bug. He calls for his Chief engineer who comes over and looks at the bug and says he’s not sure. I tell them I looked on line to confirm it myself. Then they say they will call their pest control company to come out and do an inspection. Nothing mentioned about compensating me for what might come home with me which I pray will be nothing. But I was shocked that they didn’t even mention discounting the room or anything. I truly felt once I left the building nothing would be done. That’s why I’m reporting it as well so other people don’t have to come home from a hotel with bedbug in their luggage. Will not be returning here ever.
