On July 26th, we woke up to bite marks all over our legs. My 4 year old, had them up and down his legs. My 14 month old who stayed in a separate pack-n-play also had bites on her legs. My legs were covered in them. We went down to report this to management who was unapologetic. Gave us an "incident" report and took pictures. They claimed someone would inspect the room and would get back to us. Needless to say they have not contacted us. We had a doctors appointment today for my son and his doctor in fact confirmed our bites were bed bug bites.
