Th first 3 nights u woke up with lots of bites on hands and ankles, but I thought it was from mosquitos but then in the 3rd night at 3:00 am I was being bitten so I decided to open the lights and kill that mosquitos but to my horror I found my bed and head bored filled with these bugs they were in all different stages of the life cycle of the bed bug!!!! I called the front desk and they immediately sent me the night manager. I showed him the situation and they immediately moved me to another room. Next morning I demanded that they disinfect all my clothes bags Etc. And then move it to my new room. Which they did but then the nat night I got bitten again and I caught the bug to show them. I called and told them that I was checking out because of this problem the manager said he will readily assist me in finding a new hotel. Then the guest relations manager convinced me to stay and that they assured me it never happened before and that all should be well. So they moved me to a third suit and dissinfected my things. I expected they would not charge me for my stay for those two horrible nights but they did!! I Will never stay there ever again
