Happened in June 30-July 3rd, saw a bed bug on abdomen upon leaving the room on July 1st but thought I could have picked it up anywhere. After sleeping July 2nd into the 3rd, woke up scratching everywhere, looked at abdomen, legs and arms, had multiple bites, red, clear center. Inspected 2 children and another adult to find many more on backs, legs, abdomens. Notified receptionist that manager needed to be involved. He requested we stay until maintenance arrived, they never arrived, informed him that we were leaving approx 2 hours after initially taking to him. Receptionist stated these were alleged and can't give a discount, complained more, manager gave 10% discount pls remainder of stay refunded. Now have multiple sites of redness that appears to be cellulitis, wheezing and lots of Benadryl use with doctor appointments and medications needed. This needs to be resolved -don't want someone else having to deal with what we went through and currently going through days after arriving home.
