Stayed here several times & ended up in the hospital with bed bugs. Staff did nothing to fix problem & I won't stay here again ...

On 4/2 I booked 4 nights at $51 a night plus tax and fees. Approximately 2 hrs after checking in my fiancé saw a bug. He killed it and told me to take a picture. He checked the beds and found pieces of shell on the blankets. He found more bed bugs under mattress. Upon further inspection he saw blood spots on lamps and you could see Bugs in lining of shade. We also found a tiny roach on top of microwave. My fiancé is a licensed Field Representative in pest control. He put everything in bathroom and started bagging up all our belongings. He told me I have to throw out my favorite pillows from Costco, I had to throw out my comforter I paid $259 for. Plus my computer bag. It took 2 hrs to get everything ready to go. We put it in back of his truck until we can fumigate. It started pouring rain on our stuff. Everything got wet. We can’t get our money back for 10 days. Everywhere I called didn’t have rooms available until 3 pm. I’m disabled and had to sit in our truck all night long. My fiancé called the general manager and he acted like he didn’t care, He told us we could’ve changed rooms but we knew they would be same or worse.!

I stayed there from July 30 to August 5th, 2019.. I slept in the bed the first couple of nights and didn't notice anything. Then I started feeling weird pricks and itching on my body. They were either welt like or pinlike. I reported it to the manager and front office. They claimed not to see anything. I took photos of the bites from my friend and myself and we had a small vacuum in the car. We emptied it out and showed the maintenance guy. He claimed to not see them when he was looking right at them. There were shells inside the bed that we slept in. The girl at the front desk also claimed not to see the welts and bite marks saying they were scars I already had. I was livid and moved to a different motel. I never have encountered bed bugs before and I am totally grossed out and worried they are on my clothing or in bags. I called Priceline who I booked them through and they called Key Inn for me and Key Inn denied any knowledge of the the complaint I made to them.
