Monday September 31, 2020 I woke up from Rm C363 to find myself covered in bed bug bites. Long story short I wasn't sure what it was at first thinking it could even be mosquito bites. After coming home and getting worse I decided to go to my Doctor in which I was diagnosed by a Doctor with bed bug bites. I notified this faculty. Apparently they had a inspection company come in and didn't see any evidence of it in my room I had stayed in of course!! No one probably wants to admit they have the problem. I since have researched reviews from Arizona Grande Resort and have seen several in the past in regards to bed bugs. After going back and fourth, sending pictures and evidence and talking to one particular lady getting no were. I finally was able to get the director of rooms on the phone and he refunded me one night stay and apologized for the horrible experience. I really feel I probably should have got my full stay refunded but one night is better then nothing at this point. I just want to make it known that this happened and I wouldnt recommend staying. This has been a absolute nightmare!
