Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

After first night found signs of bed bugs...blood spots on sheets, back spots on head board, etc. after second night of same thing I pulled back the sheets around the mattress and confirmed my suspicions...beg bugs everywhere!!! Gross!!! I will never stay there again!!

10/13/22 at 6am my girl started feeling itchy. As soon we woke up she was already with over 50 bites from bed bugs. Room 226, It also was filled up with roaches the room. The 3dr party reservation company was nice and pay attention about our concert and on how to resolve the issue. On the other hand. the hotel staff at the front desk gave us the silent treatment and did not cross a word to us while crossing nice words to others guests. No help or first aid kit was offered to us. Just a quiet silent serious treatment with a small waiver of the resort fee and a resolution on the manager to resolve the issue the next day.
