I was in room 304 for about 20 minutes laid on the bed on my stomach on my phone and saw a bed bug crawling on the bed. I notified management and they offered me a new room or a refund I just left and went to another hotel. 2/15/2019 I have pictures and video.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in February 2020 from the 17-19 in room 525. On the second night, I noticed bed bugs in my bed. I promptly captured one in a ziplock bag, went down to the front desk, and demanded a room change. The front desk did not seem very surprised to see this. I also asked if I could check out of the hotel this night free of charge so I could just find a new hotel. I was told this could not be done since a manager was not present, so I then proceeded to move all of my things to my new room with no help at 11:30pm. I also spent time that night on the phone with Hilton Honors basically being told they can do nothing and it’s up to the hotel management to compensate me. The next room I was put in was infested with lady bugs and had dried urine at the base of the toilet. Also the lobby had multiple cockroaches crawling around that the front desk attendant was attempting to mop up. She said this is a normal occurrence when it rains. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I’ve now checked out of the hotel and am at a laundromat attempting to purge my clothes of the infestation. I have had to buy new luggage and a new backpack. I also had to purchase new shoes as there’s no way to purge my shoes of this as they are leather. All the while, I’ve been attempting to contact hotel management and have been given the run around saying they are on a conference call and cannot come to the phone. Their initial offer is to give me $100 worth of points for my troubles. I’ve now lost over $350 in personal items, not to mention 2 nights of my own time and spent one night being feasted on by parasites at this establishment. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Anywhere.
