I rented a room on 12/24/15. The first room I rented did not have any air conditioning which I reported. They did not have any other available rooms at that time. So I stayed in this room for 2 days until a room was available. I was then switched to room 216. I went to bed at 8 and was awaken by 12 to itching on arms and back. I pulled the sheets back and noticed several small bugs. I personally went to front desk to notify clerk. I requested my money back. He informed me that I would have to wait an hour until manager arrived. The clerk called manager again after waiting 45 minutes he was told to return $175 of the $310 that I had paid for a week. I left the establishment.
