3/22/2016 Discovered 2 living bed bugs on the pillows after sitting in the bed for about 1 hour. Took pictures and immediately packed up and went to the front desk for a new room. He also said a room on the first floor had recently had bed bugs.

Room 205 check in 8pm on7/24/2017. Awoke at 4 am with itchy feet and discovered bites on feet..also face and arms for both occupants. We did not visually see bedbugs but did see bites. Left motel had breakfast. Back to room bagged stuff in trash bags securely tying and moved to trunk of car. Manager said not to throw items away, that he would check room. However to our knowledge he never did. Waited awhile but no response. Did not comp room or offer any response to our situation. Did not take # to discuss situation. We left with no intentions to return. Charge remains on credit card bill.

July 6,7,8,2019- we checked in on the 6th when I got up on the 7th I had a big red welt in my side at my waist ...I told them at the desk and they said they “checked “the room what ever that meant ,Then nothing till I got back into the room a I found another patch of bites on the 8th so I went to the desk and told them agin either they switch my room or put me up in another hotel and explained how much work it was going to be to transfer rooms ..they gave me the suite and I washed my clothes and dried them ..

10/15/19 It was about 1 am. I was sitting up working on a report for work when i noticed something crawling on my pillow! It was a bed bug!!!! I quickly jumped up and that’s when i realized i had bite marks on the side of my butt and leg. I pulled the pillow back and i saw two more!! I picked my belongings and hurried to the front desk for another room!! The attendant told me that it has been a problem in the past! They gave me another room, however there was no formal apology from management. Needless to say, I will not be back!!
