Not everyone reacts to bed bug bites but I do. I stayed at Best Western on 4/21/17 and was riddled with bites in the morning. I've had them before so I knew what they were and got out as quick as I could. The staff could not deny the swollen bites; the desk clerk was mortified and offered me a free night at any Best Western. I have not called back to see what sort of follow up was involved; I'm asking my HR team for guidance on that. However, I was disturbed to see another report on here and felt obligated to report the incident. I will be checking this site before booking rooms from now on!

Update on report placed earlier, I tried to follow up with GM and was called back by front desk. They told me they didn't find any evidence or proof it was bed bugs. She said they "sprayed for everything" and she was sorry I was bit, but it wasn't bed bugs. I assured her it was and that I had the doctor's report to prove it. I did not mention your site, though I wish I had. Do you contact the hotels when you get a report? P.,S. I tried to call your number listed on home tab, but it took me to set up a voice mail account. Is there a number or will you email me back if you do contact the hotel? Thanks for this service! I'm going to be checking the list before I book my rooms now. I travel all the time and these bites made me ill. I don't want them ever again!
