Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

2/7/2025 I went to check in to the hotel and then ran back out for errands. I returned and found my room and went to check the beds. The first bed was clear and then I went to the second bed. I lifted the mattress’ sheet and it was covered in bed bugs. The infestation was so bad there were carcasses and debris. I grabbed my child and we went to the front desk and let the clerk know of the situation and stated we would not be staying there. They proceeded to charge me for the booked two nights and even reported that we stayed the entire time we had planned on staying. We didn’t. We stayed at a clean bug free hotel. They refuse to refund me which is fine but that hotel has a serious infestation.
