My sister and I stayed at this hotel on February 6 to February 8, 2015. I had severe red swollen welt's all over my body. When I spoke to the clerk he was very rude and said that they have many guest's in and out and that they don't have bed bug's. As soon as I arrived back to my home town Kansas City Missouri, I went immediately to the ER at North Kansas City Hospital and was confirmed I had bed bug bite's also a bacterial skin infection due to how severe the bite's are. They put me on a steroid prednisone 20mg 1 tablet at 2 time's a day for 5 day's also a antibiotic cephalexin 500mg 1 tablet at 4 times a day for 10 day's. It's even spread more over night February 9th I went to my regular physican Dr. Bolinger at Clay-Platte Family Medicine Clinic in Kansas City Missouri. I contacted the hotel and hotel.com and the clerk said the same thing that there room's are always rented out and they don't have bed bug's he was very rude. I do have my report from North Kansas City Hospital that clearly state's it's bed bug bite's and bacterial skin infection due to the severity of the bite's also what medication's they prescribed me along with my copy of the receipt from filling the two prescription's I was prescribed.
