We had been in room 101 for about two weeks and everyone started noticing bites that resembled bed bug bites. We let one of the room service ladies know and she checked the mattresses and everything but said there was nothing she could find. A few days later, since the bites started getting worse on us, we let the hotel assistant manager know, and she called pest control to check our room. Turns out there were bed bugs in the room. They immediately wrapped up the mattress that contained the bugs. I have pictures of them on the mattress along with a random stain on it that looks like blood. Also, pictures of the bites on us. When the pest control people checked the room, they had lifted the whole bed off the floor and underneath there was a cookie crumbled on the carpet. We did not eat those kinds of cookies so who knows how long that had been there. All they did was give us money to wash our clothes and a Marriott rewards thing which we didn't care for. They also gave us another room and before we settled in it, they had pest control check that room also. When we got the "okay" we went into the new room and found all the pillows on the floor and beds laid up on the walls, so the room wasn't even ready for us. And we noticed food, and leaves and just little bits of trash on the floor where the beds usually are. They obviously do not clean underneath the beds and they have a bed bug infestation.

2 night stay 4/26/23 -4-28-23 . Was put in studio room 127 then 134. Same situation. BedBug bites all over.
