Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

Dates stayed: September 26, 2022 - September 29, 2022 Stayed in room 127 9/26/22-9/27/22, reported bug bites 9/27/22 to night desk rep. She texted info to manager, moved room per my request. Spoke with day desk rep on 9/28/22 and 9/29/22, but no one came to speak with me. Showed the bedbug when reported to night shift rep, and pictures if bug to day shift rep. Bites were also shown to both staff members. Was told after 3rd request "manager won't be here at the time you're here". I advised rep to let manager know I'll report info to corporate. She stated understanding.
