Bed bug under the cover on May 18th 2019 at 4:00 pm. I called the front desk and they sent the maintenance guy up to look at it. They moved us to room 801, but I was still grossed out and wanted further away. I went down to speak to the supervisor about the problem. He said they spray for bedbugs on the 2nd of each month. He moved us to room 325 and it was a better room, I would not have stayed there, but my grandson's baseball team was in the same hotel. I'll never stay there again.

Visited this hotel for a retreat on 8/2/19. I didn't get back to room 201, until 1:30pm. I went to lay down, was in my phone for a little bit, and noticed that my neck was itching. It felt like it was starting to form bumps, so I went to the bathroom to check it out. It was a bed bug bite. I went back to the bed, and located the bed bug on my pillow. I immediately called the front desk, but would have to wait to be switched to another room, due to them being overbooked. So I spent the night in my coworker's room. Please NEVER take your family there. I felt so angry, because it was so many kids at that hotel, and I did not want them to go through any of the situations I experienced.

Checked into hotel on 4/16/21. Stayed two nights and then noticed a bug on one of our beds on the morning of 4/18/21. Placed the bug in a plastic bag and did some research and confirmed that it was a bed bug. We then search the beds more thoroughly and found several more bugs. The front desk credited our stay and gave us plastic bags to pack of stuff.
