Recommended tips after hotel check-in:
1. Pick up the mattresses in the rooms and look under it. Check around the edges of the box springs.
2. Check under the box spring.
3. Lift up each headboard an lay it on the bed. Carefully inspect the hole where the headboard was lifted out of. Also, inspect all niches and corners of the headboard.
4. If you decide to stay in the hotel, do not put any clothes in dressers. Keep them in your luggage and your dirty clothes in plastic bags.

we stayed here on Sep 28, 2016. in room 2047. Noticed bites the next day however did not think about bed bugs until I showed them to my husband. He worked in Public Housing for 30 years & said he had seen it before. Bed bug bites!. I called the hotel twice on Monday Oct 3. Was told to speak w/ NAME WITHHELD Left voicemail, she did not call me back. Waited one day then called the Florida Health Dept & filed a complaint. NAME WITHHELD called me the following day to hear my complaint, said they would get a 3rd party to go in & inspect & would get back to me by Friday10/6/16. I have heard nothing from the hotel or the health dept. I was shocked to see on your site that someone stayed in that room on 10/2/16 & had the same problem.
